  • Google Sheets (Docs) Scenario Roster Template

  • Expanded Narrative Boon (External Link) and Direct Link (External Link). The Expanded Narrative boon allows you to recharge your GM Star Replays through GMing tables during a year. Once you finish and apply one, you can go on to use another Expanded Narrative boon in a later year—just cross out the “Season 8” in the boon title!

    This had been largely understood through clarifications at in-person conventions, but with the release of 2nd edition, the 1st edition replay discussion provides further support:

    “Option 1—No Further Replay: There are already some replay options out there, and everyone would be able to fill out a new Expanded Narrative boon (i.e. “recharge the GM stars’ replay” boon) each year. However, there wouldn’t be any additional allowances for replaying beyond what already exist.”

  • Season 5 faction mission letters – Season 5 experimented with having season-wide faction missions distributed in “letters” to their faction members. These faction missions aren’t included in many of the early scenarios of Season 5 and GMs should provide them to their players.

  • GM Star Rewards boons – In 2014, Paizo released a set of boons as GM rewards that let you assign a single boon (of the three included in the pack) to a single character. The individual boon sheet has several options, each with a pair of requirements: a number of GM stars, and a character level. If you and the character meet both requirements of a boon, you may spend 1 prestige or forgo your Downtime in order to unlock that boon. If you have your fifth star, for every 50 tables you’ve run above 150, you may apply a second boon from the pack to a different character.
