It’s that time of year again: the 2020 Circle of Swords convention, a.k.a. Coscon, is approaching fast! Next year, it’s scheduled for Friday, March 20th through Sunday, March 22nd. Clear your calendars!
For those of us planning to register early, the Warhorn site is up and is accepting early registrations. We don’t have our Org Play schedule live yet (give us another month or so) but it’ll be up a few months in advance.
Our special plan this year is to run a Starfinder special on Saturday afternoon, in what has become our usual “interactive special” slot from 1:30 to 6:30 PM.
As in past years and past conventions, we’ll be needing lots of GMs! For each table you GM (of any system) the Coscon leadership will grant you $5 in Cosbucks to spend on food or at the vendors. If you GM 3 or more tables, you get $15 fewer Cosbucks but get a free 3-day pass! From Paizo and the Organized Play Foundation, you’ll get a race boon if you GM SFS or PFS1, and if you GM PFS2, you’ll get extra Achievement Points you can use to purchase boons.
We’re going to keep the HQ table going, as well–HQ volunteers will get a race boon of their choice, and each slot you volunteer for at HQ counts as a table GMed for purposes of Cosbucks and free admission. If you’re interested in volunteering, let me (Alex) know!
