Slippery Rock Con 2019 is the second edition of a three-day convention run for the benefit of the Slippery Rock Community Library.

The Location
For Slippery Rock Con 2019, the convention will be held at Camp Bucoco in Slippery Rock.

The details aren’t final, but from what we understand, RPGs including Pathfinder and Starfinder will probably be held at the Preston Center. The Preston Center is a larger building with individual rooms, bathrooms, and a small kitchen. We’re expecting to see standard-width folding tables and chairs.
A large dining hall is expected to be used for card games, board games, miniatures games, and vendors. LARPing and Cosplay will be hosted in other outlying buildings. On Sunday, to allow for cleanup, attendees may be relocated from the other locations to the dining hall.
The kitchen in the Preston Center (where we expect we’ll be) will sell snacks. The SRCL Library Friend’s Group will be serving food throughout the event, and the Dining Hall will offer meals.
